Remote delivery suits work that can be demonstrated and tested through shared documents and approved system access. If the task depends on a physical site, equipment or observing a busy counter, we discuss what can be assessed remotely before committing.
Agree a contact person, meeting times that suit your time zone and a place to record decisions. The scope should also say how you see progress and raise an issue between meetings; a fixed weekly schedule is agreed for the project rather than assumed.

Decisions and ownership
Keep control of what the system can do.
An AI output can be wrong. Decide which tasks can run automatically and which need someone to approve the result, especially messages sent to customers or changes to important records.
Before implementation, agree who controls the accounts, what access is granted, where information is processed and what happens when an integration fails. Access to a system does not mean all of its data belongs in an AI tool.
