Should I create another listing while this one is suspended?
Google says not to create a new profile for the same business while the appeal is under review. Work through the restriction on the existing profile.
How long will reinstatement take?
Google controls the review and outcome. We can help prepare the case and track its status, but cannot promise a reinstatement date or approval.
What evidence might be needed?
Google lists business registration, licences, tax certificates and business utility bills as possible supporting evidence. Relevant names and addresses should match the profile. Prepare the documents before starting the timed evidence step.
Will my reviews return if the profile is reinstated?
We cannot promise that every review will appear. Check the reinstated profile and raise any missing-review issue through the appropriate Google support route.
